Ryan Fontaine is one of the younger athletes in the Speed School program, but also one of the hardest working. Often training with much older athletes, he has no trouble matching their intensity level when training for speed and strength. This summer, his hard work was on full display at the national level as he earned an spot at “The Duel,” an invitation-only quarterback competition hosted by the National Football Academy.

Competing against 22 of the other top 6th-grade quarterbacks from across the country, Fontaine performed well enough to earn a 3rd-place finish from the coaches and scouts.
