Catalina Foothills sophomore Payton Maxwell’s hat trick helped her girls’ team cruise to a comfortable 5-0 first round win over #12 Independence. In an interview with The Arizona Daily Star, her coach describes her as “high-octane…she flies around the field.” Her Foothills team will now face Agua Fria – the winner advancing to the semifinals.
