Update: This event has reached full capacity. Stay tuned for our next seminar or contact us for a spot on the wait list!

Parents: Does your young athlete need some “prodding” to improve their nutrition?

Athletes: Want to have more energy and feel stronger in competition? More focus in the classroom? Get more benefit from your training?

If so, you’ll want to make sure and attend our FREE nutrition night open to all parents and athletes. We plan to cover a few topics as it specifically applies to youth athletes and their unique situation. Some of the topics we’ll be covering will include:

  • How much protein do you really need to build muscle?
  • Easy steps players can take immediately to feel better (like, wayyy too easy)
  • Tips for parents to improve their family’s nutrition – without it turning into a battle
  • And seriously, what’s the deal with carbs?
