As reported by AllSportsTucson, Desert Speed School athlete and Michigan State sophomore tight end Michael Masunas was awarded the Spartan Academic Top Honor recently. A two-time Big-10 Academic Honoree, Masunas will be looking to return to the starting lineup following a mid-season shoulder surgery.
