As reported by Andy Morales of AZPreps365, Desert Speed School athlete Addison Andrews of Mica Mountain passed the 3,000 career set mark earlier this week in a 3-1 win for her Bolts team over Salpointe. Playing in front of a packed house, the 4th-ranked Mica team prevented top-ranked Salpointe from sweeping the regular season in a match that will almost certainly shuffle the state rankings heading into the postseason.
