As reported by Javier Morales, Speed School athlete Izaiah Moraga and his Sunnyside teammates were recognized earlier this week by the Pima County Board of Supervisors, who declared August 19th Sunnyside Little League Major Division Day. Moraga provided clutch hitting for his team in their State Championship and runner-up performance in the West Regional, finishing just one game away from the Little League World Series. Full story…
