Desert Speed School athlete Alyssa Feltman (above) provided her Ironwood volleyball team with critical play at the net in the Nighthawks five-set win against Marana recently. As reported by Andy Morales, Feltman scored a variety of ways – serving, defensively, and hitting – including scoring the winning point for Ironwood. The two teams came into the match ranked #7 and #12 in the state respectively, with both looking for power points towards a playoff spot. Full story…
