As reported by Andy Morales of AllSportsTucson, Sahuaro High School alums and Desert Speed School athletes Ashley Bradford (Colorado Mesa University) and Cassidy Morrow (Eastern Arizona College) were recently named as Easton Academic All-American Scholar Athletes by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association.
For her part, Bradford was also named a D2 All-American as a shortstop along with first-team All-Conference honors, following a 2022 campaign in which she was one of the top offensive players in the conference and finished 25th nationally in home runs.
