Desert Speed School athlete and Sabino grad Preston Clifford was instrumental in a Pima College sweep of #1-nationally ranked Central Arizona College recently. As reported by Nate Martinez of AllSportsTucson, Clifford went 3-for-5 from the plate with a run and an RBI, helping lead the Aztecs to 6-3 and 12-6 wins in the doubleheader matchup against the top-ranked team in the nation. In addition to Clifford, Salpointe grad and fellow Speed School athlete Liam O’Brien is also part of the Pima team.
