Desert Speed School athlete and Knox College freshman guard Kylee Callahan was recently honored with Midwest Conference Newcomer of the Year following her freshman season playing for the Prairie Fire. The Salpointe grad was instrumental in the conference championship game in which she had 16 points and help seal the win with late-game free throws.
