As reported by Andy Morales of AllSportsTucson, Desert Speed School athletes Kate Connelly and Paloma Teran were instrumental in a 4-2 victory for FC Tucson over SC De Sol. Connelly assisted on the first score of the match (5′), while Teran added a second goal in first-half stoppage time.
The win puts the FC Tucson women in sole possession of first place in the Desert Conference.
