Desert Speed School athlete and Tanque Verde quarterback Rocco Haggard continues to lead his Hawks team and remains among the area leaders in passing, according to AllSportsTucson and Maxpreps. Haggard, a junior, ranks #9 in passing among Southern Arizona quarterbacks with 943 yards on the season along with 14 touchdowns. Impressively, he not only plays under center but also starts at linebacker for the team, and also ranks among area leaders in interceptions with 3 on the season.
