Speed School athlete and former Sabino Sabercat Devyn Hunley, now a forward for the nationally-ranked Pima Aztecs, has had an impressive October in leading her team into the national championships. On October 20th Hunley was named conference Player of the Week for her play on the pitch, following a week in which she scored or assisted on all of Pima’s goals.
Not long after, her Aztec team won the Conference Championship, punching their ticket to nationals in Florida. Hunley was named Most Valuable Player of the tournament.
