Speed School athlete Derek Daly, coming off an impressive 2015 season in which he batted .329 along with 22 RBI, recently signed collegiately to play for Colorado School of Mines – recently ranked the #1 engineering school in the country. In addition to his strong hitting at the plate, Daly is very durable – one of only five IRHS players to play in every game last season.
