As reported by Brittany Bowyer of AllSportsTucson, Salpointe beach volleyball has advanced to the state final match on Wednesday, where they will have a chance to defend their 2021 State Championship. Speed School athlete Gabriella Monge and her partner picked up an early win for Salpointe in the semifinal contest against Mesquite, and it was fellow Speed School athlete Megan Muehlebach who, along with her partner, helped clinch the win for the Lancers. Salpointe will face #2 Flagstaff on Wednesday with the state title on the line.
