As reported by Andy Morales, Desert Speed School athlete Megan Muehlebach recently set the Salpointe freshman volleyball record – and tied the overall school record in the process – for aces in a match. The lone freshman on the Salpointe varsity squad, Muehlebach recorded 12 aces in a recent match against Cholla, and is expected to be a contributor late down the stretch for 11-2 Lancers as they contend for a state title.
