Paradise Valley pitcher and Desert Speed School athlete Liam O’Brien was recently named ACCAC Pitcher of the Week for the Pumas, according to Andy Morales of AllSportsTucson. The recognition came following a six-inning outing against Phoenix College in which the righty allowed just 2 hits as he also accumulated 6 strikeouts in a 14-0 win for the Pumas.
