Desert Speed School athletes Alec Nguyen and Martin Cardenas have been instrumental in Pima College’s early-season win streak, with each notching goals for the Aztecs along the way. Nguyen assisted on a goal and also found the back of the net for the eventual game-winner in their September 6th win over Scottsdale CC. Meanwhile, Cardenas was one of four goal-scorers in Pima’s decisive 4-0 win over South Mountain. The Aztecs are now 8-1 on the season and ranked #5 nationally.
