Heading into Week 9 of the high school football season, Desert Speed School athletes Luke Regina of Salpointe and Hector Najar of Walden Grove are among the top statistical leaders in Southern Arizona. Regina, a senior captain for the undefeated Lancers, is the current sacks leader with 9.5 sacks on the season. Meanwhile, Najar is the #2-ranked player in receiving yards, with 571 yards to go along with his 5 touchdowns on the season.
