As reported by Javier Morales of AllSportsTucson, the Rincon/University cross-country teams had an impressive outing at the 31st annual Los Mezquites Invitational, hosted by Sunnyside High School. Both the boys’ and girls’ squads took first in the event, with impressively low scores of 24 and 25, respectively.
In the JV race, Desert Speed School athlete Charlie Hardy took 5th overall with a time of 21:59.
