Desert Speed School athlete and Salpointe point guard Kylee Callahan was instrumental in the Lancers’ state title win over #5 Flagstaff on Monday night. As reported by Al Bravo of the Arizona Daily Star, Callahan scored 19 points on 7-of-14 shooting to go along with 7 rebounds and 4 assists, and was a key part of a second-quarter Salpointe run to build a 17-point lead that they would maintain, ultimately winning 65-48.
