Desert Speed School athlete and Salpointe standout Roman Fina made news earlier this summer when announcing his commitment to Duke University football. Fina, an All-State offensive tackle for the Lancers, is expected to be one of the top offensive lineman in the state for his senior season. Fina’s older brother Bruno, a starter for the UCLA program, has announced he will be transferring to the Blue Devils as well.
