As reported by Javier Morales of AllSportsTucson, Arizona softball infielder and Desert Speed School alum Carlie Scupin has received Pac-12 honors.
Scupin is receiving second team all-conference and all-defensive team honors for the first time in her career. Scupin is leading the team and is second in the conference with 52 RBI which ranks 32nd in the NCAA. She ranks ninth in the Pac-12 with 11 home runs and 15th with a .611 slugging percentage. Defensively, the first baseman recorded a 1.000 fielding percentage during the regular season and leads the team with 322 putouts. During her career, Scupin has tallied 1,119 putouts to rank 10th in program history.
