As reported by KVOA News Tucson, Desert Speed School athlete Karah Mayer was recently part of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Mayer, a cross-country runner and elite competitive jump-roper, has competed in the World Championships for jump rope, and trained throughout the fall to prepare for a continuous performance throughout the full 2.8-mile parade route.
