As reported by Javier Morales of AllSportsTucson, the Pima County Surf U21 women’s team won the Desert Conference title following an 8-0 win over the New Mexico Lobos, the cap on their 5-0-1 inagural season. The Surf included Desert Speed School athletes Kortney Cahill, Hannah Draper, Aerin McQuillen, and Madison Vigil.
Six Desert Speed School athletes were awarded academic recognition following the spring 2022 season, according to Andy Morales of AllSportsTucson.
