Two Desert Speed School endurance athletes have qualified for the state cross-country meet. Bryn Callie of Catalina Foothills, and also a talented basketball player for the Falcons – took 7th in her sectional to qualify, while Salpointe’s Matthew Diaz took 18th on the boys’ side. Both runners’ teams also qualified, so the two will each be racing in the state championship meet looking for both individual and team results. Full results…
