As reported by Javier Morales of AllSportsTucson, the Catalina Foothills baseball team is currently ranked #1 in state at the 5A level. Desert Speed School athlete and CatFoot senior Luke Burns is one of the area leaders in pitching, with a 3-1 record to help lead the Falcons to a 4-1 overall record. In addition to Burns, Foothills includes the following Speed School athletes on their roster: Nate Shoemaker, Rice Hughes, Henry Nentl, Aidan Brown, Levi Anderson, and Ari Schiller.
