As reported by Andy Morales of AllSportsTucson, three Desert Speed School athletes have received collegiate honors recently.
Athletes receiving recognition include Salpointe grads Colin Dreis (University of Montana) and Isabella Almazan (University of Northern Colorado), who both received Big Sky Academic All-Conference honors. Meanwhile, Tucson High grad and University of Arizona softball standout Carlie Scupin was named Arizona Sophomore of the Year.
