Dreis, Almazan, Scupin Earn Collegiate Honors

Almazan, UNC Advance to NCAA Tournament

Desert Speed School athlete Isabella Almazan, now playing collegiately for the University of Northern Colorado, is part of a Bear’s women’s soccer squad that advances to the NCAA tournament this weekend following their Big Sky Conference Championship. Almazan Honored by Big Sky Conference

Desert Speed School athlete and Northern Colorado freshman Isabella Almazan was named to the Big Sky Academic All-Conference team earlier this week, following her first season of collegiate soccer for the Bears. Almazan, a Salpointe grad, posted an impressive 4.0 GPA in the fall semester to earn the recognition. Full story…
