Catalina Foothills took on #2 Tempe earlier this week, coming away with a 2-1 upset win to put the Falcons in the state semifinals. It was Desert Speed School athlete Zack Krautz‘s header finding the back of the net in the 22nd minute which proved to be the go-ahead goal for Foothills. With two other Speed School athletes in Ty Pham-Swann and Jory Leaver, the Falcons advance to take on #6 Prescott in the semifinals on Saturday. Full story…
